 Prostate related Databases:
  • ProstateDB - Prostate cancer Nuclear Matrix Proteins database
This database contains data on prostate nuclear matrix protein expression changes in nuclear matrix proteins in prostate cancer. Samples are from a Johns Hopkins Brady Center study on prostate cancer
  • Prostate Gland Branching Morphogenesis Database
    Useful information in prostate development.
  • Mouse Prostate Expression Database
mPEDB is a public database created by the Nelson Lab at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. It currently comprises over 9,000 Expressed Sequence Tags(ESTs) from mouse prostate tissues from distinct anatomical regions and stages of development.
  • Prostate Expression Database
This is a public database created by the Nelson Lab at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. It currently comprises over 115,000 Expressed Sequence Tags (ESTs) from 42 prostate tissue and cell type-specific cDNA libraries. The PEDB started as an effort to construct a molecular fingerprint of the normal, preneoplastic, and neoplastic human prostate.
  • The Androgen Receptor Gene Mutations Database
